Enfamil LIPIL ® is a milk-based, iron-fortified formula for full-term infants. Only Enfamil ® formulas include LIPIL ®, our blend of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and arachidonic acid (ARA), nutrients also found in breast milk that promote brain and eye development. The levels of DHA and ARA in LIPIL meet expert recommendations.
