TJ Singh helped me through the entire thing, especially in the beginning when my Dad was in need of critical care-that was upsetting, yes, but trying to get through the internet jungle was accomplished only with TJ's patient help and phone support. From my first order T.J. Singh has walked me through a few things-from making sure I ordered the right wheelchair for my Dad to helping me execute a function on my computer and taking the care to read products to me till we hit the right one when we had a computer malfunction. The delivery time was simply amazing. My e-mails with problems were quickly answered, not by a generic message, but by a direct response to me. In these times it's great that some one actually cares that everything is right. I carry with me my German heritage which recognizes that an ailing person needs more than just medical things. I ordered the plaid sleep shirts for my Dad and an unheard of these days occurred. It was generously sized, with a really attractive tartan plaid which didn't run or shrink in the wash and for the first time in ages, my Dad's hands were warm. And it's so nice to not feel ripped off and to know that if I need more supplies, I still have money in the budget for them. And that gives me something very hard to find-peace of mind.
