Shipping of all orders is via FEDEX Ground and charged a flat rate of $9.95. If the order is over $99, the shipping is FREE. If you need your order to be shipped another way other than Ground, please give us a call at 1-909-465-3492. We can quote you the exact cost and can enter the order to make sure that it is done.

In most cases all orders placed online before 4:00pm CST and phone orders placed before 3:30pm CST will ship the same business day. Our warehouse is open Monday - Friday excluding holidays.

Most products are returnable within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in new re-saleable condition (safety seals or sealed retail packaging must be unopened) and all products must contain original packaging and accessories. Please note that all returned Merchandise will be assessed a 30% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your return is the result of our error, All Med Wholesale will cover the shipping charges for your returned product and refund the full amount of purchase.We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened sealed items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. For your protection we do not accept returns of impotence or personal care items. Products designated as "Special Order" are NOT returnable.
Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We are unable to accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition.
All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number obtained from our Customer Service via phone or email. Merchandise shipped without a (RA) number or shipped to the incorrect return address may be denied a refund and returned to sender.Product images on this web site may not exactly reflect the product you receive. How do I initiate a return?
It's easy to initiate a return. Simply send an email to email@example.com with your name, address, Order Number (Your order number is located in the confirmation email Allmedwholesale.com sent you following your order, as well as on your receipt at checkout) & reasons for return. Most products are returnable within 30 days of receiving your order. After receiving a RA number your return must be received within 10 days to receive a credit. Please note that if the retail seal packaging is opened, cannot be sold as new, or does not meet all of the above qualifications, your product will be returned to you.
Please repackage your items and write RA# on the top of the shipping label. RA numbers must be written on your return shipping label. Do not deface or write on the shipping box itself. If there is any writing on the shipping box, we will not be able to issue you a credit. We recommend shipping UPS, FEDEX or USPS with tracking number and signature confirmation. Since we ship from several warehouses and manufacturers, all returns must have a (RA) number obtained from our Customer Service via phone or email. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RA number or returned to the incorrect return address.
